Beth Barnes is Vice President and Chief of Staff in the Office of the President and a charter member of the UCF faculty. She joined the president's senior leadership team in 1994. She serves as the associate corporate secretary and liaison to the university's Board of Trustees, manages the personnel, operations, and budget of the Office of the President, and has responsibility for the following units within the President's Division: Diversity Initiatives, Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action, Ombuds Office, and University Audit.
